Here are the forms you need for an application for residence permit for studies in Sweden.

On the pages for different types of permits you can see which form you need and which attachments you must append to your application.

The forms are pdf files and open up in a new window. You can fill in the form in your computer and then print it out and sign it.

Application for co-applicants to students and doctoral students

To be used by co-applicants to students/doctoral students (DB) for visa for visitors, residence permit, work permit. Not to be used by those applying for residence permit under the EEA Agreement.

This form is to be used by anyone who is applying for a permit to study in Sweden and who are citizens of a country outside the EU/EEA area or Switzerland.
