Registration of right of residence

If you are a citizen of an EU/EEA-state, you should use this form to register your right of residence. When you have been registered, you will receive a certificate that proves your right to reside in Sweden.
Certificates of permanent right of residence and application for permanent residence cards
Form no. 142011
Application for certificate of permanent right of residence and application for permanent residence card. To be completed after five years of residence in Sweden by persons who are an EU/EEA citizen or family members of an EU/EEA citizen but not are EU/EEA citizens themselves. Only in Swedish.

You should use this form if you are a family member of an EU/EEA citizen, but you are not a citizen of an EU/EEA country yourself. If the Migration Board grants your application you will receive a residence card which proves your right to be in Sweden
