Where do I submit my application?
The main rule is that an application for a residence and work permit is made from your native country or other country outside Sweden where you are living. The permit must be valid and included in your passport before you travel to Sweden. If you need a quick decision it is advisable to apply on-line at the Swedish Migration Board website. In order to apply on-line you must pay an application fee via the Internet. You must also enclose the documents required for an application for a work permit.
