How can I apply to become a protected person according to the law amendment 1th of July 2010?
A person who is already in Sweden can not apply to become a protected person. It is the National Police Board in cooperation with police authorities in other countries that can apply for someone to become a protected person. For more information visit Swedish Government's web site
