Do I have to work full-time to be granted a work permit?
No, you do not have to work full-time. However, you must be able to support yourself on the wage you earn for part-time working. According to Swedish Migration Board practices, you must be able to work to such an extent that you earn at least SEK 13,000 before tax. The terms of employment must also be equivalent to those of a Swedish collective agreement or what is otherwise customary within the sector.
