Which conditions must be satisfied to get an extension?
If it is considered that the reasons for an application for an extension are sufficient to be granted an extension, the following must also be satisfied:
- The passport must be valid for three months after the planned outward journey
- Sufficient funds for the extended period of stay must be verified
- It must also be shown that the medical travel insurance that was taken out in conjunction with the application for a visa also applies in the future for the extended term of the stay.
