Routines in Solna to apply for a passport

The Permit Unit in Solna has other routines if you want to apply for an alien´s passport or a travel document.
If you want to apply for an alien´s passport or a travel document you can send your application by post.

If you visit the office, there is a postbox where you can mail your application. The permit office will send you instructions on how to pay the fee if necessary. You will also receive information if you need to visit the Migration Board or send more documents.

The decision of your application will be sent to your home address. When the passport is ready you will be informed by post. At the Permit office there is an information desk where you can get a queue ticket to pick up your passport.
