Who can use this online service?

Our online service for for first time applications for residence permit for studies at a university or college can be used by citizens of a countries whose citizens do not require an entry visa when entering Sweden.

Applications can also be submitted by citizens of:

Albania, Afghanistan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cameroon, China, Colombia, Ecuador, Egypt, Eritrea, Gambia, Georgia, Ghana, Guinea, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, the Ivory Coast, Jordan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Macedonia, Maldives, Morocco, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, Qatar, Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Somalia, Sri Lanka, Syria, Togo, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, Zambia

provided that they can personally visit the Swedish Mission Abroad in:
