The Applicants' Ombudsman at the Swedish Migration Board receives and investigates views and complaints from people who think they have been treated badly. The Ombudsman does not, however, handle questions concerning examinations, decisions or appeals in individual cases.

Do you want to call us?
When you call us, there are four different choices.
Press 1 (automatic operator) when you know the name of the person you want to talk to.
