The European Court of Human Rights: Asylum seekers in Italy are not subjected to inhuman treatment
- 16/5/2013The European Court of Human Rights recently rejected an appeal from a Somali woman with two small children who was about to be transferred from the Netherlands to Italy in accordance with the Dublin Regulation. The woman claimed that she and her children would be subjected to degrading and inhuman treatment in Italy.
