Reception for asylum seekers

Turn to this office if you have any questions about housing, allowances and LMA cards while you wait for our decision. This office will also help you if your asylum application has been rejected and you are returning to your country.

If you can, please visit us on another day than a Monday, and at another time than between 14.00 and 16.00, when the waiting time may be long.

Information:

Interpreters for Arabic, Farsi, Somali, Sorani, Russian, Uzbek and Mongolian are available at the reception during opening hours.

This is where the Migration Agency examines your application for asylum.

Permits

Here, you can submit applications for studies, work, visits or to come live with someone in Sweden.

If you can, please visit us on another day than a Monday, and at another time than between 14.00 and 16.00, when the waiting time may be long.

Detention

A detention centre is a locked facility for asylum seekers and other detained foreign nationals. A person may be detained in connection to leaving Sweden.

Take bus number 571 from the Märsta train station and go to a bus stop called Industrigatan.
