Send secure messages through My page

Those who have applied for Swedish citizenship can now send questions about their case to the Swedish Migration Agency through My page.

When you log on to My page with your e-identification (for example Bank-ID) the Migration Agency knows who you are and can give you personal service. Messages through My page is a safe and smart way of asking questions about you application. The whole conversation will be saved on My page and you can read your previous questions and answers. Please observe that you need to log on to My page to see if you have received an answer, since you will not receive a notification to your phone or e-mail when the Migration Agency has responded to your message.

Secure messages on My page will initially only be available for those who have applied for Swedish citizenship.
