If you live in Lebanon and wish to apply for a visa, you need to contact the Swedish embassy in another country

The embassy office in Beirut is currently not processing visa applications.

Due to the deteriorating security situation in the region, the Swedish government has decided to temporarily relocate the staff at the Swedish Embassy in Beirut, Lebanon. All booked visits have been cancelled and persons affected have been informed to contact other Swedish embassies or consulates general in the region.

Applying for a visa

If you live in Lebanon and want to apply for a visa to visit Sweden for up to 90 days, you can contact VFS Global in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Egypt or Turkey. VFS Global is an external service provider that receives applications for Schengen visas, but it is the Swedish embassy or consulate general in these countries that decides on the visa.
