Are you going to visit the National Government Service Centre?

From May onwards, there will be changes to which of the Government Service Centers offer the services of the Swedish Migration Agency.

You can get help with some of the Swedish Migration Agency's services at several Government Service Centres (Swedish name Statens servicecenter). This includes help with using digital services, general questions about different permits, finding the right information on the website and help with filling applications correctly. You can also get help with copying, printing and sending documents to the Swedish Migration Agency.

From May onwards, there will be changes to which centres you can turn to for support with the Swedish Migration Agency's services.

The centres that will start offering services are as follows:

  • Stockholm Sundbyberg, 20 May
  • Stockholm Rinkeby, 20 May
  • Kristianstad, 21 May
  • Malmö City, 21 May

The centres that no longer offer service are:

  • Stockholm Odenplan, 20 May
  • Malmö Mobilia, 1 June
