The Swedish Migration Agency is introducing a new logo featuring a heraldic coat of arms. The purpose is to more clearly reflect the Agency's role as Sweden's migration authority and as part of the Swedish state. At the same time, the change marks a new phase in the Agency's mission and its European cooperation under the EU Pact on Migration and Asylum. The rollout of the new logo will begin on 1 September and will take place gradually.
