Infor­ma­tion about bookable visits in Göte­borg

  • If you are going to pick up or collect your LMA card, you can either book an appointment or come during the Drop-in (Monday–Friday at 08.30–11.00).
  • If you are going to collect an alien's passport/travel document or leave fingerprints for your residence permit card, you must have a booked appointment.
  • If you are going to apply for an alien's passport/travel document or a visitor’s permit, we ask you to use the e-service.
  • You cannot book an appointment to apply for a special allowance. If you want to apply for a special allowance you need to fill in an application and leave your application in the mailbox outside the service centre or you can post your application to: Mottagningsenheten, Box 1087, 405 23 Göteborg.
