Visit Malmö service centre
If you live in or near Malmö, you are welcome to visit one of Malmö's service centres for help with your questions.
The National Government Service Centre can be found in two places in Malmö: Caroli and Värnhem.
The help you can get at the service centre includes
- use digital services
- receive support in the application
- get information about rules
- print documents and forms
- do a document check (show your passport, national ID card or EC/EU residence permit card)
- be fingerprinted and photographed
- submit paper documents that are forwarded to the Swedish Migration Agency (for example forms or copies of supplementary information).
If you cannot get help at the National Government Service Centre, you will be referred to the right office at the Swedish Migration Agency.
