To book an appointment to visit us, you need to log in to My page. You can also reschedule or cancel a previously booked appointment on My page.
How to log in to our e-services
Book an appointment
If you want to book an appointment, you need to log in to My Page to do so. You can also use My Page to reschedule or cancel a previously booked appointment.
If you have submitted an application via the e-service or logged in with your bank ID, you can see if there is a request for you to book an appointment.
Did you log in to My Page but not received a request?
If you have received a letter from the Migration Agency with information that you need to book an appointment, you can search for your request yourself by clicking on ‘Search for booking request’ on My Page. You must then enter the reference number (dossier number) for the person to whom the booking applies.
Bank-id
Bank-id is the safest way to log in. If you log in with your bank-id and have made your application via an e-service, you will therefore have access to all information relating to your application.
If you applied via an e-service or have bank-id
If you applied via one of our e-services, you can follow most things related to your application on My page, regardless of which login method you choose. To access all the information, you need to log in with bank-id.
