If you live in or near Göteborg, you are welcome to visit one of Göteborg's service centres for help with your questions.
The National Government Service Centre can be found in four places in Göteborg: Gamlestaden, Backaplan, Järntorget and Nordstan.
The help you can get at the service centre includes
- use digital services
- receive support in the application
- get information about rules
- print documents and forms
- do a document check (show your passport, national ID card or EC/EU residence permit card)
- be fingerprinted and photographed
- submit paper documents that are forwarded to the Swedish Migration Agency (for example forms or copies of supplementary information).

If you cannot get help at the National Government Service Centre, you will be referred to the Swedish Migration Agency.
