The Swedish Migration Agency's drop-in service closes on 1 January
On 1 January 2026, the Swedish Migration Agency will close its drop-in visits at its service centres.
The Swedish Migration Agency's service centres in Boden, Göteborg, Malmö, Norrköping, Stockholm/Sundbyberg, Växjö, Västerås, Umeå, Sundsvall and Örebro will no longer accept drop-in visits from 1 January. The Swedish Migration Agency's service centre in Uppsala has already been closed for drop-in visits.
To visit the Swedish Migration Agency, you need to book an appointment or have a summons for a personal visit.
