Do you need to book an appointment for an alien's passport and travel document?
Appointment booking has been removed from the e-service to apply for alien's passports and travel documents.
You can no longer book an appointment to be photographed and fingerprinted in the e-service to apply for alien's passports and travel documents. Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a message informing you that you need to book an appointment on My page.
The National Government Service Centre is gradually taking over the Swedish Migration Agency's services. During October and November, you can choose whether you want to book an appointment with the Swedish Migration Agency or the National Government Service Centre.
