If you have already applied for an alien’s passport or travel document through the e-service
You must bring the following (if you have them) to your booked appointment:
- ID card
- a passport from your home country or other documents verifying your identity
- a previously issued alien’s passport or travel document (if you have had one)
- your residence permit card.
If you have already turned in your passport to the Migration Agency in connection with another case, you do not need to ask for it back in order to bring it to your appointment.

Fill out and bring one of the following forms to your appointment:
If you have a child younger than 18, fill out and bring Consent for the Swedish Migration Agency to issue an alien's passport for a child under the age of 18 (247011)

You must also bring the following (if you have them) to your booked appointment:
- ID card
- a passport from your country of origin or other documents that verify your identity
- a previously issued alien’s passport or travel document (if you have had one) or the police report stating that you have lost your alien’s passport or travel document
- your residence permit card
- a credit card to pay the application fee if you are obtaining an alien’s passport.
If you have already turned in your passport to the Migration Agency in connection with another case, you do not need to ask for it back in order to bring it to your appointment.
