If you have any of the following matters, you need to book an appointment for the visit. You book the visit by logging in to My Page.

  • Collect an alien's passport or a travel document
  • Complete an application for a visitor’s permit
  • Have your fingerprints and photograph taken
  • Do a document check (show your passport, national ID card or EC/EU residence permit card)
  • Personal appearance after summoning

  • You cannot book an appointment to apply for a special grant. If you want to apply for a special grant you need to fill in an application and leave your application in the mailbox outside the service centre or you can post your application to: Migrationsverket, Mottagningsenheten, Box 2073, 700 02 Örebro.
