Renew your EC/EU residence permit card

If you have long-term resident status in Sweden, you should not submit a new application when the period of validity of your EC/EU residence permit card expires. Instead, you must make an appointment with the Swedish Migration Agency in order to have your photograph taken and to provide fingerprints for a new card. Please bring a valid identity document when you visit.
